The property is located in Luz de Tavira only 7 minutes to the beach and about 11 minutes to the town of Tavira. This town is one of the most charming towns in Algarve. Tavira has the Gilão river running through it, a labyrinth of cobbled streets, family fun restaurants and a historical castle with amazing views. There are many protected waterways of the National Park of Ria Formosa which leads to the beautiful sandy beaches of the Island of Tavira. Other towns close by are Olhão, Vila Real de Santo António and Cabanas, along with world-class golf courses and unspoilt countryside.
